Simpolo Vitrified Private Limited – Perspective ’26 Launch and Manufacturing Expansion

Simpolo Vitrified Private Limited announced the launch of its Perspective ’26 surface portfolio, a collection that blends marble, stone, metal, fabric and wood‑inspired aesthetics and introduces formats such as Chevron, Herringbone, Inlay Decor and the indoor‑outdoor‑focused “In & Out”. The portfolio comprises six collections – Impero‑2.0, Ricco‑3.0, Impatto‑2.0, Marmorica‑2.0, Parquet and In & Out – and is aimed at meeting rising design expectations for differentiated surface solutions.

The launch was conducted in two strategic locations: Rajkot, Gujarat and Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. Approximately 600 trade partners and 200 architects from across India attended the Rajkot event, while around 250 trade partners and 200 architects from South India participated in Tirupati. In total, more than 1,000 trade partners and architects were exposed to the new collections and were given tours of Simpolo’s newly built manufacturing facilities.

Manufacturing Footprint and Investment

  • Maliya, Gujarat: Built with an investment of ₹770 crore, the plant houses two SACMI Continua+ PCR 2180 presses delivering a Phase‑1 production capacity of 45,000 sq m per day. It features an automated packing line of 43,000 sq m per day, India’s first S‑module Continuous Modular Milling System (capacity 1,200 MT per day), and a 4,350‑mm S‑Layer Horizontal Dryer. The facility also incorporates digital printing, robotic handling, Industry 4.0 systems, R&D and quality labs, wastewater recycling and waste‑heat recovery.
  • Naidupeta, Andhra Pradesh: Developed with an investment of ₹380 crore, the plant includes a spray dryer and a five‑module continuous ball‑milling system, each with a capacity of 1,200 MT per day. Phase‑1 production capacity stands at 25,000 sq m per day. Additional features are a Digital Twin platform for real‑time monitoring, a SACMI Continua+ press, India’s first and widest 5‑layer horizontal dryer, a 2,950‑mm‑wide and 296‑metre‑long roller kiln, and a polishing line equipped with 74 polishing heads and 36 nano heads. Automated packing capacity is 22,000 sq m per day.

Both plants emphasize sustainability: Naidupeta operates a 4 MW rooftop solar plant, employs wastewater recycling, rainwater harvesting and electric material handling; Maliya achieves 100 % wastewater recycling and waste‑heat recovery.

Entry into Faucet Market

Leveraging three decades of sanitary‑ware expertise, Simpolo expanded into faucets, offering architects and dealers a complete bath‑ware solution. The faucet range includes seven globally inspired series – Nile, Tagus, Aube, Loir, Alta, Ivalo and Laxa – with finishes in Rose Gold, Gunmetal and Chrome. All faucets use globally sourced components and incorporate water‑saving cartridges. The portfolio also features smart rimless WC models with 360° silent flushing, easy‑clean designs and ISI‑certified specifications.
