Singular Aircraft Secures 51% Equity Deal with Zenith

Zenith Multi Trading DMCC signed an LoI for a 51% equity stake in Singular Aircraft, entering aerospace and drone tech.
Singular Aircraft, a debt‑free SPV of Singular Ideas, invested €24 million over 14 years and makes 25‑28 aircraft yearly with 60‑70% in‑house production.
The firm employs over 45 professionals across software, hardware, avionics and manufacturing, positioning it for defence, surveillance, agriculture and logistics markets.
