- Voting at the AGM: Members attending the AGM virtually who have not voted remotely will be able to vote electronically during the meeting. Those who have already voted remotely cannot vote again.
Key Voting Outcomes and Scrutinizer's Role
The Scrutinizer will submit a Consolidated Scrutinizer's Report to the Chairman after the AGM, combining votes cast remotely and during the meeting.
- The results, detailing total votes cast and the percentage in favor and against each resolution, will be declared within two working days of the AGM's conclusion.
- The results and the Scrutinizer's Report will be placed on the company's website (www.sjsindia.com) and the website of MIIPL (https://instavote.linkintime.co.in) and communicated to the stock exchanges (BSE and NSE).

Dividend Details
