S.J.S. Enterprises Limited has completed the acquisition of equity shares in DB Renews Private Limited that was previously announced on February 27, 2026.
The company has now subscribed to 28,800 equity shares of face value ₹250 each in DB Renews Private Limited, amounting to a total consideration of ₹72,00,000 (Seventy-Two Lakhs). The subscription price was ₹250 per equity share.
This acquisition is part of broader arrangements that include a Share Purchase Agreement, Shareholders' Agreement, and Energy Purchase Agreement with both DB Renews Private Limited and Doddanavar Global Energy Private Limited. These agreements provide SJS Enterprises with access to up to 36,00,000 units (3.6 million units) of wind power annually.
Post-subscription, SJS Enterprises holds 2.08% of the total equity share capital of DB Renews Private Limited.
The company confirms that all required details for this acquisition under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular were previously disclosed in the February 27, 2026 letter.
