SJVN appointed Shri Diwakar Nath Misra as Part-time Official Director - Government of India Nominee effective immediately.
The appointment was made by Ministry of Power order dated May 14, 2026, in compliance with SEBI LODR regulations.
Shri Misra brings over two decades of administrative experience across power, finance, petroleum, and commerce sectors.
The director is not related to any existing board members and meets all SEBI eligibility requirements for directorship.
