Shri Manmeet Gupta: Over his thirty-three years of service in SJVN Limited, he has contributed to various functions including Contracts Department, Quality Control Department, Commercial Disputes of Hydro, Wind and Solar Projects, Alternate Dispute Resolution, Nathpa Jhakri Hydro power station, Rampur HPS, Tala Hydroelectric Project in Bhutan on Deputation with Royal Government of Bhutan, Vigilance Department functions, Fabrication of steel liners, project under survey & investigation and Buxar Thermal Power Project Chausa Buxar Bihar.

Shri Vikas Sharma: His core competencies include Project Governance, Mega Hydro & Thermal Infrastructure, Tunneling (TBM & DBM), Stakeholder Alignment, Industrial Relations, Land Acquisition, Structural Risk Mitigation, Multi-Ministry Liaison, Statutory Clearances, and Strategic Logistics (Gati Shakti Cargo).

Shri Sharma began his career with Impregilo SPA, Italy, where he successfully executed the re-mining of a tunnel under squeezing rock conditions at the prestigious Nathpa Jhakri HEP. He was instrumental in achieving exceptional excavation rates in TBM tunneling during the execution of the Karahnjukar HEP in Iceland. Later, he worked with industry giants such as L&T, Gammon, and SN Power Norway, where he was actively involved in the construction of the Parbati Stage-II HEP, Purulia PSP and Allain Duhangan HEP.

He joined SJVN Ltd. in December 2008 as Senior Manager (S&I and Infra). During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in securing statutory clearances and completing S&I work for the Luhri HEP. For his exceptional field execution, structural restoration, and timely commissioning of the Rampur HEP, he was conferred the prestigious CMD Award in 2013-14. He successfully oversaw completion and operation of the Corporate Office building, Shimla. Furthermore, he successfully navigated complex geological challenges in the Diversion Tunnel, HRT, and Dam at the Arun-3 HEP in Nepal, ensuring steady progress across all work fronts.

Prior to his current role, he led the execution of the Buxar Thermal Power Plant as CEO, where he successfully achieved the Commercial Operation Date for Unit-I (660 MW) by resolving critical challenges through innovative and time-bound strategies. Currently, he is heading the Sunni Dam HEP as Head of Project, driving steady progress across all operational fronts.
