Ministry of Power appointed NHPC's Suprakash Adhikari as SJVN Director (Projects) with additional charge effective May 12, 2026.
Adhikari assumes role for one year or until regular appointment, bringing 36 years of hydro power experience.
Previous Director Sushil Sharma's tenure was not extended beyond July 31, 2025 as per ministry order.
