Event Details

Shri Shubh Karan Singh (DIN: 11295204) has ceased to be a Director of SJVN Limited with effect from July 20, 2026.

Reason for Cessation

The cessation occurred due to Shri Shubh Karan Singh relinquishing charge of the post of Special Secretary (MPP & Power) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh. This was pursuant to Notification No. Per (A-IV)-B (6)-1/2026-Part dated July 19, 2026, issued by the Department of Personnel, Government of Himachal Pradesh.

Regulatory Basis

According to Article No. 33(d) of the Articles of Association of SJVN Limited, "A Director representing a Ministry of the Government of India or any Administrative Department of the Government of Himachal Pradesh shall retire on his ceasing to be an officer of that Ministry/Administrative Department."
