4. Shri Rajesh Kumar Sharma

5. Shri Rakesh Sehgal

  • Currently Head of Department, Civil and Hydromechanical Design
  • Responsible for design and engineering oversight of all under-construction and Survey & Investigation (S&I) stage Hydroelectric Projects (HEPs), as well as SJVN's Solar HEPs in Gujarat
  • Over 37 years of professional experience in infrastructure and power sector
  • 32+ years of expertise in hydropower development across India and Nepal
  • Experience covers entire lifecycle of hydropower projects from concept to commissioning
  • Contributed to major projects including Nathpa Jhakri, Rampur, and Naitwar Mori in India, as well as Arun-3, Lower Arun, and Arun-4 HEPs in Nepal
  • Headed SJVN's journey in Arunachal Pradesh as Head of Project for the 3,097 MW Etalin HEP
  • Served as Regional Head for Arunachal Pradesh, overseeing hydropower projects with cumulative capacity of approximately 5,000 MW
  • Led one of the largest land acquisition processes for hydropower projects in the region
  • Played key role in securing critical forest and environmental clearances
  • Headed key functions including Civil Design, Pumped Storage Projects (PSP), Environment, Hydrology, Cost Engineering, Architecture and Consultancy
  • Served as Head of Design and Chief Executive Officer of SJVN Arun-3 Power Development Company (SAPDC) and SJVN Lower Arun Power Development Company (SLPDC) in Nepal

6. Shri Vikas Marwah
