Contract Details
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has entered into a strategic partnership with SKF to accelerate intelligent transformation across its global operations. The long-term collaboration will modernize SKF's existing IT landscape and create an AI foundation for greater agility, resilience, and operational efficiency across the enterprise.
Scope of Services
- End-to-end managed services across applications, infrastructure, data, end-user services, security, and connectivity for SKF across the globe
- Modernization and simplification of global technology landscape using AI-led agentic workflows
- Standardization of operations and strengthening of domain-led technology architecture
- Modernization of core infrastructure
- Acceleration of the design and adoption of next-generation Enterprise Resource Planning platform

The partnership will help SKF create a globally connected operating model combining centralized, AI-enabled systems with harmonized processes while maintaining flexibility for local market needs. The program aims to embed AI in every layer across IT, business, and products to drive faster growth, enhance customer experience, and advance strategic priorities at both global and regional levels.
