SKF India (Industrial) Limited has disclosed the resignation of Mr. Mukund Vasudevan (DIN: 05146681) from the office of Managing Director, effective from the closure of business hours on 31st August 2026.
The resignation is pursuant to a change in Mr. Vasudevan's role within the SKF Group. The disclosure is made under Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI LODR read with Clause 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III and the relevant SEBI Master Circular.
Mr. Vasudevan's resignation letter dated 04th August 2026 confirms his resignation as Managing Director and member of board committees, effective 31st August 2026. He explicitly stated that "there is no other material reason other than the one that is mentioned above for my resignation."
