SKF India's Interim CFO Aashi Arora resigned effective 14th May 2026 due to conclusion of her interim assignment.
The resignation was noted by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 13th May 2026.
Arora will continue with the company in a different role and confirmed no other material reasons for resignation.
