Condition for the Issue

The issuance is subject to the approval of the Members of the Company. An Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) is scheduled to be held on Friday, June 26, 2026, through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The notice for the EGM will be sent in due course.
