Sky Industries Limited signed an MoU with Government of Gujarat for a technical textiles and apparels manufacturing unit.
The proposed investment is Rs. 49 Crore, with expected commencement in 2026.
MoU is a non-binding facilitation arrangement disclosed under SEBI Regulation 30.
