SM Auto Stamping Limited has intimated about its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Monday, 07th September, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The meeting will be conducted through video conference/other audio-visual means with the deemed venue at C-13, MIDC Ambad, Nashik, Maharashtra - 422010.
The AGM is being conducted in compliance with circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), along with all other applicable laws.
The company notes that as per MCA notification dated 19th March 2015 with reference to the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, companies covered under Chapter XB and Chapter XC as per SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018 are exempted from e-voting provisions.
Despite this exemption, the company is providing facility for electronic voting using Bigshare E-voting system to allow members to cast votes from remote locations other than the AGM venue. Details pertaining to the voting process will be included in the Notice of AGM.
