SM Auto Stamping Appoints Auditors and Company Secretary

SM Auto Stamping's Board approved the appointment of CS Sujata R. Rajebahadur as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2026-27.
The Board appointed Laxmikant and Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27.
Mr. Vaibhav Chotia was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective from 1st May 2026.
