Mishra & Associates, was appointed as Scrutinizer by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on Tuesday, August 25, 2026. The appointment was made pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

All resolutions were passed with the requisite majority. The ordinary resolutions (Items 1 and 2) passed as votes in favor exceeded votes against. The special resolutions (Items 3 and 4) passed as votes in favor were more than three times the votes against, in accordance with Section 114(2) of the Companies Act, 2013.
The scrutinizer confirmed that no votes were declared invalid across any of the resolutions. The e-voting papers and relevant records will remain in the scrutinizer's safe custody until the Chairman signs the minutes of the AGM.
