Note: Includes Operational + Fitout + Yet to be handover

Proposed Capacity Addition: ~2,47,000 Sq. Ft.

Timeline: The proposed capacity is to be added within July 2026.

Investment Required: INR 35.00 Crores (Approx.)

Mode of Financing: Internal Accruals/ Issue Proceeds

Rationale: Capacity expansion to support business growth and expand the Company's operational footprint.
