Smartworks Coworking Adds 1.26 Lakh Sq Ft Hyderabad

Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd disclosed a new lease deed for 1,25,906 Sq. Ft. capacity addition in Hyderabad under SEBI Reg. 30.
The expansion requires an investment of approximately INR 17 crore, to be funded via internal accruals or issue proceeds.
The new capacity is expected to be operational within April 2026, against existing utilization of 84% as of December 31, 2025.
