Smartworks Coworking Spaces Limited has expanded its international presence through its wholly owned subsidiary Smartworks Space Pte Ltd with the addition of a new managed office space in Singapore.
The expansion involves adding over 15,000 square feet of fully serviced office space at Manulife Tower, located in the heart of Singapore's Central Business District (CBD). This LEED Gold and Green Mark Gold-certified building is strategically positioned directly above Telok Ayer MRT station and within a five-minute walk of Raffles Place MRT.
With this addition, the company's total footprint in Singapore grows to over 50,000 square feet across three locations. The other two existing spaces are at Great Eastern Centre on Pickering Street and Keppel Bay Tower at HarbourFront Avenue.
The new center features Smartworks' signature managed workspace offering including bespoke design and fit-out, ergonomic furnishings, private meeting suites, and dedicated collaboration zones. It is designed to serve the full spectrum of enterprises from high-growth businesses to Fortune 500 companies and Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
This expansion is part of Smartworks' broader growth momentum following its strong FY26 performance, which was its first financial year as a listed company. The company reported record revenue of ₹1,796 crore, representing 31% year-on-year growth, alongside its first full year of reported PAT profitability. During FY26, Smartworks also became the first listed flexible workspace operator in India to cross 10 million square feet of operational portfolio.
As of March 31, 2026, Smartworks maintains a total footprint of approximately 16.1 million square feet across 66 centers in 15 cities across India and Singapore. The company serves 770+ clients including Fortune 500s, Forbes 2000 names, GCCs, MNCs, and high-growth Indian businesses.
The company listed on NSE and BSE on July 17, 2025, and continues to be the only homegrown and listed flexible workspace provider from India with an international presence.
