Smartworks Reaches 10M Sq Ft, Up 3%

Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd crossed 10 million sq ft operational portfolio, highlighted by new centre at Tata Intellion Park, Mumbai.
Shares surged to an intraday high of Rs 454.20, up about 3% from the prior close of Rs 440.40.
Q3 FY26 revenue rose ~34% YoY to Rs 472 crore, with operating profit up 40% to Rs 305 crore and net profit turning positive at Rs 1.24 crore.
Overall footprint now 15.3 million sq ft across 63 centres in 15 cities (India & Singapore) with 93% occupancy and 770+ clients.
