Smruthi Organics Limited has issued a regulatory intimation regarding an upcoming Board of Directors meeting. The meeting is scheduled to be held on Monday, 10th August 2026.
The primary agenda of the board meeting is to approve and take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
The company also confirms that the trading window closure, which began on 1st July 2026 as previously intimated via letter dated 29th June 2026, will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the first quarter ended 30th June 2026.
