Appointment Overview
Sodexo announced that Jérôme Lemouchoux has been appointed Chairman & General Manager of its Greater China business, with the appointment taking effect on 1 October 2026. In this role he will report directly to Sodexo APMEA Chief Executive Officer Nicolas Lannuzel and will become a member of the APMEA Leadership Team.

Lemouchoux’s mandate includes deploying the Group’s “Shift & Grow 2030” roadmap, rebuilding the growth engine, simplifying and standardising the operating model, and reigniting a high‑performance culture across the region. He will leverage Sodexo’s position in Food and Facilities Management, its service culture and technology capabilities to create lasting value for clients, consumers and communities.
Executive Background
Lemouchoux brings more than 25 years of experience within Sodexo, having held senior roles across operations, sales, strategy, marketing and digital transformation. His career includes CEO positions for over 12 years in Sodexo Benefits & Rewards Services (now Pluxee) in the Philippines, Belgium and Luxembourg, as well as CEO of FoodChéri in France, a subsidiary focused on sustainable, healthy and innovative food solutions. Most recently, he served as Group Vice‑President, Business Sustainability, where he embedded sustainability into global operations and commercial strategy. Lemouchoux is French, fluent in English and Spanish, married with three children, and will be based in Shanghai.
