Appointment Overview

Sodexo announced that Jérôme Lemouchoux has been appointed Chairman & General Manager of its Greater China business, with the appointment taking effect on 1 October 2026. In this role he will report directly to Nicolas Lannuzel, Chief Executive Officer of Sodexo APMEA, and will become a member of the APMEA Leadership Team.

Strategic Focus

Lemouchoux’s mandate centres on executing Sodexo’s “Shift & Grow 2030” ambition – the Group’s roadmap to accelerate growth, simplify the operating model, and foster a high‑performance culture across Greater China. He will work with regional teams to rebuild the growth engine, standardise processes, and leverage Sodexo’s capabilities in food services, facilities management, service culture and technology.

Executive Background

Jérôme Lemouchoux brings more than 25 years of experience within Sodexo, having held senior roles across operations, sales, strategy, marketing and digital transformation. He served as CEO for over 12 years in Sodexo Benefits & Rewards Services (now Pluxee) in the Philippines, Belgium and Luxembourg, and as CEO of FoodChéri in France, a subsidiary focused on sustainable, healthy food solutions. Most recently, he was Group Vice‑President, Business Sustainability, where he embedded sustainability into global operations and commercial strategy. Lemouchoux is French, fluent in English and Spanish, married with three children, and will be based in Shanghai.

The announcement also acknowledges Isabelle Hannedouche’s dedication and significant contributions to Sodexo Greater China since her appointment in 2023. Details of her future role will be communicated in due course.
