CivitTWIN addresses BMC's building approval process which evaluates over 8,000 complex building proposals annually, covering more than 40 lakh square meters of approved built-up area. The previous manual process required applicants to complete 450+ manual form inputs, coordinate across 25+ independent NOC departments, and validate over 60 distinct documents.
The new platform provides a digital rehearsal of the entire regulatory journey, allowing architects and applicants to Upload, Simulate, Find Gaps, and Rectify their building plans in real time before formal submission on AutoDCR SWC. The platform is powered by 12 specialized AI Agents across Creation, Review, and Submission workflows that read and process unstructured data from documents, drawings, GIS-based city maps, and historical data patterns.
