AI Innovation Lab Inauguration
On Wednesday, 2 September 2026, SOLIZE PARTNERS India Pvt. Ltd. inaugurated its AI Innovation Lab in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Hiroshi Nawata, Consul‑General of Japan in Bengaluru, senior leaders from SOLIZE PARTNERS’ global offices and the India leadership team, underscoring the India‑Japan partnership.
The lab is dedicated to applying artificial intelligence to real engineering and manufacturing challenges. Its initial focus areas are Generative Design Engineering, Smart Quality Monitoring, Phygital AI through collaborative robots and Digital Agents. Ongoing projects span natural‑language 3D CAD generation, mechanical‑part lifespan prediction, image‑based fault detection, AI and IoT applications in 3D‑printer factories, and autonomous robotics.
Mahadevan V. S., CEO & Director of SOLIZE PARTNERS India, stated that the group’s 35‑year engineering expertise will be combined with AI to enhance productivity, tackle more complex problems and deliver scalable solutions to industry. He noted that the lab marks a key milestone in the company’s 35th anniversary year, which also featured the Annual Townhall 2026.
Mr. Nawata highlighted the complementary strengths of Japan’s precision engineering and India’s software and talent capabilities, asserting that initiatives such as the AI Innovation Lab illustrate the evolving partnership between the two countries and its potential to create new business opportunities.
