Board Meeting and Approvals
The Board of Directors of SHREE OILS AND FATS PRIVATE LIMITED held a meeting on 26-06-2026 and approved the following changes, subject to requisite statutory and regulatory approvals:
1. Conversion of Unsecured Loan
Approval for conversion of unsecured loan into equity shares / preference shares of the Company. This conversion is subject to applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and requisite statutory and regulatory approvals, wherever applicable.
2. Adoption of New Memorandum & Articles of Association
Approval for adoption of a new set of Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company, in substitution of the existing Memorandum and Articles of Association. This adoption is subject to requisite statutory and regulatory approvals, wherever applicable.
3. Alteration of Object Clause
Approval for alteration of the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Material Subsidiary Company to include, inter alia, business activities relating to:
- Share trading
- Investment activities
- Dealing in securities and bullions
This alteration is subject to compliance with applicable laws and obtaining necessary approvals, permissions and registrations from competent authorities, wherever required.
