Somany Ceramics Board Meeting on June 2026 Results

The Board will consider and approve:

• The Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026
• The Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026
• Other usual routine matters including any other matter brought before the Board with the permission of the Chair

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct - Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The trading window closure period is from 4th August 2026 until Friday, 14th August 2026.
