Somi Conveyor Reappoints Santosh Joshi Independent Director

Somi Conveyor Beltings Ltd board approved re-appointment of Mr. Santosh Kumar Joshi as Independent Director for a second five-year term.
The re-appointment is effective from 22nd February 2026 and is subject to shareholder approval via special resolution at an EGM on 6th May 2026.
Mr. Joshi holds an M.Com and B.Ed degree with over 31 years of experience in accountancy and economics.
The board meeting was held on 8th April 2026 based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
