Sona BLW Allots 170,747 Performance Shares to MD

Sona BLW's Nomination Committee allotted 170,747 equity shares to MD Vivek Vikram Singh under Performance Share Plan 2025.
The allotment increases issued share capital from ₹621.86 crore to ₹622.03 crore, adding 170,747 new shares.
Allotted shares have a one-year lock-in period and rank pari passu with existing shares for dividends.
