The Board of Directors will:

• Consider, approve and take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026
• Consider and declare an interim dividend, if any, for the financial year 2026-27

Dividend Taxation Details

Pursuant to Finance Act, 2020, dividend income will be taxable in the hands of the Shareholders with effect from April 1, 2020. Any interim dividend declared by the Board shall be paid after deducting tax at source (TDS) in accordance with the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 2025. The Company will send communication to shareholders to determine appropriate TDS rates.
