Dividend Tax Implications
Pursuant to Finance Act, 2020, any declared second interim dividend will be paid after deducting tax at source (TDS) in accordance with provisions of the Income Tax Act, 2025. The company will send communication to shareholders to determine appropriate TDS rates.
Additional Events
The company proposes to hold a conference call with Analysts/Investors pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations. Details of the call will be intimated separately.
