The Board approved the Company entering into a Healthcare Operation & Management Framework Agreement (the "Agreement") with any suitable Vendor as decided by the Board for the operation and management of Soni Hospital, Jaipur.
The approval was granted based on the terms placed before the Board during the meeting.
Authorization
The Board authorized Dr. B. R. Soni (Chairman & Managing Director) and Namit Soni (Director) to negotiate and finalize the final terms of the Agreement.
Both authorized persons are empowered to execute the Agreement and all related documents on behalf of the Company.
They are further authorized to perform all acts and deeds necessary to give effect to the Agreement.
