Sony India Announces BRAVIA 3II Launch

Sony India Private Limited introduced the BRAVIA 3II television series, bringing the AI‑driven XR Processor™ from Sony’s premium range to a broader Indian audience. The AI XR Processor analyses visual and audio content in real time, enhancing depth, colour, contrast and clarity. The TV line‑up incorporates XR Triluminos Pro™, Dolby Vision®, Dolby Atmos®, DTS:X® and supports 4K resolution at a 120 Hz refresh rate via HDMI 2.1.

Technical and Gaming Features

The BRAVIA 3II offers 4K at 120 fps, Auto Low‑Latency Mode (ALLM), Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) and a dedicated Game Menu for instant gaming‑setting adjustments. Dolby Vision Gaming provides richer HDR processing, while PS Remote Play and PlayStation 5 optimisations enhance console gaming. Four HDMI 2.1 ports support the 120 fps, VRR and ALLM capabilities.

Smart Platform and Voice Integration

Powered by Google TV, the set provides access to over 400,000 movies and TV shows, thousands of apps and games, personalised recommendations, user profiles, hands‑free voice search and Google Assistant control. It also supports Apple Google Cast, AirPlay 2, Apple HomeKit and Amazon Alexa. All 2026 models will receive Google Gemini support via an OTA update, adding AI‑powered voice interactions.

Content and Streaming

The TV includes Sony Pictures Core, delivering a curated library of blockbuster movies, including IMAX Enhanced titles. Streaming uses Pure Stream technology at up to 80 Mbps, delivering picture quality comparable to 4K Blu‑ray. Customers receive five movie credits per month for twelve months.
