Soult Dialogues – Legacy Readiness, Bengaluru, 6 August 2026

Soult, India’s only digital life vault, organized an invite‑only leadership forum titled Soult Dialogues: Legacy Readiness, Protecting What Matters at JW Marriott Bengaluru. More than 50 senior executives – CEOs, CFOs, CHROs and senior professionals from law, banking and insurance – attended.

The opening remarks were delivered by Naveen Bharadwaj, Group CEO of Trescon, who personalized the discussion before shifting to data‑driven frameworks. Trescon is an early adopter of Soult, having rolled the platform out as an employee benefit across its Indian offices.

A live pulse check gauged attendees’ legal and practical preparedness for legacy planning. The thought‑leadership panel, titled Beyond Wealth: Protecting What We Build for the People We Leave Behind, was moderated by Fouzan Rahim, Marketing Director at Soult. Panelists included Shaishavi Kadakia, Partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Ankur Paliwal, Associate Director at Kotak Private, and Ravi Ranganathan, Founder and Insurance Advisor at Allins Insurance. The discussion emphasized that financial preparedness must extend beyond wealth creation to ensure continuity for surviving family members.

The programme explored Soult’s three pillars of legacy readiness:

1. Financial continuity – covering assets, investments and banking relationships.

2. Knowledge continuity – covering passwords, legal documents and healthcare preferences.

3. Personal continuity – covering family values, memories and personal wishes.

Guided table discussions, branded The Legacy Conversations, prompted participants to reflect on succession planning, digital assets and information that exists only in their heads, and to share what their families would struggle to locate if something happened tomorrow.

A closing reflection asked why legacy readiness is often postponed and who is best placed to initiate the conversation, opening a broader debate on whether legacy readiness should be embedded within employee wellbeing programmes alongside financial and mental‑health benefits.

The session concluded with The Soult Story, where Mohammed Saleem, Co‑Founder and CEO, and Sanketh Kandlikar, Founder and CTO, linked the evening’s dialogue back to Soult’s founding purpose. No product or partnership announcements were made; the event was positioned purely as a thought‑leadership forum to raise awareness of legacy readiness as a workplace priority.

Soult announced that, building on the Bengaluru response, it will expand into the GCC region in September 2026, bringing the Digital Life Vault to a market with complex cross‑border succession and estate challenges.
