South West Pinnacle Exploration Limited has achieved a significant milestone in the development of its Jogeshwar Khas Coal Mine located in Jharkhand. The company completed exploration-related activities and prepared a Geological Report (GR) for the coal mine.

The company submitted the Geological Report to a NABET accredited agency for peer review, following the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) issued by the Nominated Authority of the Ministry of Coal, Government of India (NA-MOC) dated January 21, 2026.

The accredited agency completed its review and confirmed the Geological Report via their letter dated September 6, 2026. The vetted report has been submitted to NA-MOC through their portal. A hard copy of the Geological Report will also be submitted to CMPDIL (Central Mine Planning and Design Institute Limited) for record maintenance and updating of coal resources as per the NA-MOC SOP.

This vetting and submission marks the completion of the exploration phase, which involved extensive exploration, geological investigation, and technical evaluation. The Geological Report provides the technical and geological basis for further evaluation and progression of the coal mine development.

The company is now preparing the mining plan and expects to submit it to NA-MOC in due course for approval. This achievement represents an important step toward taking the coal mine to the next stage of development and eventual production, subject to obtaining requisite statutory approvals, clearances, and other applicable processes.

The company will continue working closely with the Nominated Authority, Ministry of Coal, Government of India, and other concerned authorities to progress the project. The operationalization of the coal mine is expected to create long-term value for shareholders and stakeholders.
