South West Pinnacle Exploration Ltd (SWPE) provided an exploration progress update for its joint venture company Al Hadeetha Mining LLC (AHML) regarding the Block 22B Mineral Concession in Sultanate of Oman.
Joint Venture Structure
AHML is a joint venture between SWPE and three partners: Alara Oman operations Pty Ltd (a 100% subsidiary of Alara Resources Ltd, Australia) and two Omani companies - Al Tasnim Mining LLC and Al Hadeeda Investment services LLC. The concession agreement was signed in January 2025 and ratified by Royal Decree in March 2025.
Exploration Highlights
- 12 copper-gold prospect areas identified across the 1400 km² Block and adjoining licence area
- HeliTEM airborne electromagnetic and magnetic survey completed with 6,132 line-km flown
- Interpretation report expected by Q2 of FY27
- Systematic rock-chip sampling returned peak natural copper values of 22,681 ppm Cu (2.27% Cu) associated with visible malachite mineralization
- Elevated copper values also returned in reconnaissance-level rock-chip sampling at several other prospects
- No prospect has yet been ranked in terms of priority
- Field verification complete at designated corridor, with equivalent work planned across remaining prospects
