Sparc Electrex board appointed Ms. Niki Singh as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective 24th April 2026.
Mr. Suresh Vishwanathan resigned as Executive Director from the company effective 24th April 2026.
Board noted compliance for quarter/year ended 31.03.2026 and authorized Ms. Niki Singh for materiality determination under SEBI LODR.
