The Board will consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. The results will include the limited review report of the statutory auditors for the corresponding period.
In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for designated persons has been closed from October 1, 2026. The closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
