A meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 13th August, 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.

Trading Window Closure

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Company's Equity shares by designated persons and their immediate relatives has been closed with effect from 1st July, 2026. The closure will remain in effect until the end of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
