SPEL Semiconductor Limited held its 205th Meeting of the Board of Directors on Wednesday, Jul 29, 2026 at its registered office. The meeting commenced at 11:00 AM and concluded at 4:15 PM.
The Board approved entering into a Strategic Tripartite Memorandum of Understanding with California Software Company Limited (Calsoft) and Natronix-India. The MoU covers collaboration in research, development, design and intellectual property creation of semiconductor chips, artificial intelligence and related advanced technology solutions.
Under the agreement, SPEL Semiconductor Limited will be responsible for Assembly, Test, Mark and Package operations, while Natronix-India will be responsible for Semiconductor IC design and Design IP.
The Board authorized P. Balamurugan, Head Operations & Whole-Time Director (DIN: 07480881), to negotiate, finalize and execute the MoU on behalf of the Company.
