• The 55th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 28th September 2026 at 2:00 P.M. (IST)
• The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM)
• The Register of Members will remain closed from Tuesday, 22nd September 2026 to Monday, 28th September 2026 (both days inclusive)
• The cut-off date for e-voting eligibility is Monday, 21st September 2026
