Spinaroo Withdraws Preferential Issue of 7.89 Lakh Shares

Spinaroo Commercial withdraws its proposed preferential issue of 7,89,000 equity shares for acquiring Spino Poly Products.
The board approved the issue on Feb 14, 2026, and shareholders on Mar 11, 2026, with in-principle approval sought on Feb 17, 2026.
The board has now withdrawn the issue, postponing the acquisition via share swap for Spino Poly Products.
