Milestone Celebration
On 16 October 2026, the S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR), a Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan institution, marked a landmark by graduating the 100th batch of its Post Graduate Executive Management Programme (PGEMP) at its Mumbai campus. The cohort consisted of 100 senior leaders drawn from engineering and manufacturing, energy, healthcare, financial services and consulting firms.
The participants’ professional experience ranged from five to 33 years, with an average of nearly 13 years, bringing extensive industry knowledge to the classroom.
Prof. Preeta George, Associate Dean of Executive Education at SPJIMR, stated that the 100th PGEMP batch underscores the institute’s long‑standing commitment to executive education, emphasizing the need for management learning to stay closely linked to business realities, enable experienced professionals to broaden perspectives, lead through change and create lasting value for organisations and society.
Prof. ShabbirHusain R.V., Chairperson of PGEMP, congratulated the cohort, highlighting their embodiment of learning, collaboration and leadership that have defined the programme over the years, and expressed confidence in the impact they will make in their organisations and beyond.
Programme Details
The PGEMP is a 21‑month modular programme, AMBA‑accredited, designed for working professionals with more than five years of experience. It allows participants to develop general management capabilities while remaining employed, eliminating the need for a career break.
