This disclosure is a continuation of the company's earlier intimation dated 3rd December 2025 regarding purchase of land. The company has completed the purchase and registration of land measuring 59 Kanal 10 Marla (7.4375 acres) situated in Village Prithla, Tehsil and District Palwal, Haryana, which is now registered in the company's name.
SPL Industries Limited has applied to the Directorate of Town and Country Planning (DTCP), Haryana for grant of license to set up an industrial colony under the Enterprises Promotion Policy, 2015. The application is at an advanced stage and the Letter of Intent (LOI) is expected to be granted shortly.
The land continues to be registered in the company's name with no transfer of title having taken place as of the disclosure date. The colony is proposed to be developed through a development arrangement, with the company committing to make requisite disclosures in this regard in due course.
