SPML Infra's Board identified five Senior Managerial Personnel (SMPs) under SEBI LODR Regulation 16(1)(d) on 28th March 2026.
The five SMPs include EVP, COO, CHRO, CTO, and CLO, all now reporting directly to the Managing Director.
The identification follows an annual organisational structure review with changes in reporting lines as of March 2026.
