SpotX Announces AI‑Powered Digital Screen Management Platform

On October 1, 2026, SpotX released a press statement from New Delhi, India, introducing its new SaaS platform that adds audience intelligence, analytics, automation and accountability to digital screen networks. The company was founded by Sanya Jindal (Founder & Director) and Virkaran Singh (Founder).

The platform consolidates content management, campaign scheduling, AI‑driven audience analytics, remote monitoring, proof‑of‑play reporting, automation and performance intelligence into a single system. It leverages camera‑powered audience intelligence to capture demographics, dwell time, engagement patterns and content performance, enabling businesses to move from a simple "Did it play?" metric to a "Did it work?" assessment.

SpotX’s central dashboard allows operators to publish content, update playlists, schedule campaigns, manage permissions and monitor device health across multiple sites. The solution integrates with Canva for seamless creative workflow and supports existing hardware through web‑ and Android‑based deployments, eliminating the need for hardware replacement.

According to the release, SpotX is already managing more than 1,500 screens across over 75 business locations. Its applications span retail, quick‑service restaurants (QSR), hospitality, healthcare, real‑estate experience centres, malls, cinemas and the broader Digital Out‑of‑Home (DOOH) ecosystem.

"The real opportunity is not just putting intelligence into the screen, but creating an intelligence layer around the entire screen ecosystem," said Sanya Jindal. She added that real‑time analysis of audience data, content performance and operational metrics can give businesses a clearer picture of physical‑world interactions.

Virkaran Singh emphasized the operational efficiency gains: "When a business has screens across multiple locations, managing them individually quickly becomes inefficient. SpotX brings those operations into one platform so teams can deploy content, schedule campaigns, monitor devices and verify delivery without constantly relying on manual intervention."

SpotX positions the technology as a step toward a future where digital screens evolve from static displays to intelligent assets that learn from surrounding activity, thereby creating a more connected layer between media owners, advertisers, businesses and audiences.
