Sri Chakra Cement's Board approved sale of non-operational Grinding Unit assets and land parcels to JK Cement Limited on 26 March 2026.
Total consideration for the asset sale is approximately ₹8.08 crore, subject to finalisation of definitive agreements and conditions precedent.
Assets include 7.08 acres of land in Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh; transaction is not a related party deal and does not constitute sale of undertaking.
