On July 27, 2026, the Sri Madhusudan Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (SMSIMSR) at Sathya Sai Grama, New Delhi, expanded its advanced healthcare portfolio by inaugurating four new super‑speciality departments. The newly launched units are Genomics and Immunotherapy, Cardiovascular Sciences, Robotic Bone and Joint Care, and Wellness and Longevity, each aimed at strengthening capabilities in precision medicine, advanced cardiac care, robotic orthopaedics, and preventive health respectively.
AI‑Powered Health Application
During the same ceremony, Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai introduced the artificial‑intelligence‑driven mobile application “My Happy Health,” developed by the Shah Happiness Foundation. The app, available in 26 languages, delivers personalized health guidance based on the user’s medical information.
Branding and Commemorative Initiatives
The One World One Family Mission used the event to unveil a new website and logo for its activities. A commemorative coin celebrating the Golden Jubilee of Sathya Sai Grama was also released.

Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai addressed the gathering, emphasizing that the purpose of life is “to love and to be loved” and linking self‑less service to personal divinity. Prasanthi Balamandira Trust President B.N. Narasimhamurthy highlighted the global recognition of Sathya Sai Grama in education, healthcare, and nutrition.
