The primary purpose of this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (both standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27).
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Additionally, the Company has implemented a closed trading window for designated persons in compliance with its Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading. The trading window closure period began on October 6, 2026 and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for both the quarter ended June 30, 2026 and the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
